Exchange any book within 7 days if it is unread, unmarked and undamaged.

Printing faults

• Missing, repeated or upside-down pages, or a loose binding: we replace the copy free, even after you start reading.
• Damaged in delivery? Tell the rider or send a photo within 24 hours.
• Pre-orders and special orders can be cancelled before they ship.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@pata.example.
